Adam Stone is an entrepreneur, marketer, public speaker, and C-level automotive executive with over 16 years of industry experience split between OEM, agency, and retail. After a highly successful 11-year career at Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Adam cut his teeth in marketing working for the award-winning automotive marketing firm. From there, Adam was hand picked by David Rosenberg and Matt McGovern to build an in-house agency at Prime Motor Group where he helped Prime become one of the fastest growing, privately held, retail automotive groups in the country. Currently, Adam is the CEO and co-founder of Octane Marketing, serving dealers and dealer groups all over the United States.
Roger Cobb is an entrepreneur, designer, and marketer with the majority of his career spent working in the automotive vertical. Right out of college Roger was introduced to automotive marketing working in a fast-paced and award-winning automotive marketing firm and worked his way up through the ranks quickly as a designer and process champion. After a short hiatus from automotive marketing Roger was asked by Adam Stone to join him at Prime Motor Group and help develop an in-house marketing agency that would serve the group’s over 23 stores and 25 plus brands. The internal marketing agency at Prime would help propel Prime Motor Group to one of the nation’s fastest-growing, privately held automotive groups. Roger’s educational background in design thinking and research and his professional experience in automotive gives him a unique viewpoint and drives his results-driven, data-informed, approach to creative problems and marketing. Currently, Roger is the CSO and co-founder of Octane Marketing.
Dustan Turner is a digital marketing enthusiast, meticulous operator, and automotive director with over 10 years of industry experience split between dealership retail and marketing. After college, Dustan returned to Maine where he found himself engrossed in the world of car sales. After quickly establishing himself, Dustan took on retail management roles including Internet Sales Manager, BDC Director, Sales Manager and eventually becoming the first Marketing Manager for the Prime Motor Group. Working with Adam Stone and Roger Cobb, the three would help propel Prime Motor Group to one of the nation’s fastest-growing, privately held automotive groups. Dustan’s first-hand retail auto and automotive marketing experience gives him the perspective to help Dealers of all sizes define and execute the best marketing plans without losing focus on what they do best. Currently, Dustan is the COO and Co-founder of Octane Marketing, serving dealers and dealer groups all over the United States.
VP of Sales
Heather is an accomplished sales leader with over 15 years experience and an extensive background in early-stage business development and online automotive digital marketing.
Heather is most noted for her contributions with DealerRater, automotive’s leading online review site. In 2008, she was hired as the 2nd full-time employee, spearheading the development of a national sales team-leading employee recruitment, hiring and training initiatives. Through strategic team and individual efforts, DealerRater propelled the number of paid dealer subscriptions from under 50 to over 6000 dealers in 4 short years.
Heather’s background also includes key sales leadership positions with Autotrader.com, Dominion Enterprises, and VAST. She is a recognized thought leader, author, and speaker in the area of employee engagement and reputation management.
Currently, Heather is the Vice President of Sales at Octane Marketing and in this role, she is contributing to the culture and expansion of our business.
VP of Business Development
Matt Lamoureux first gained national attention as the Director of Marketing & E-Commerce for Acton Toyota in Massachusetts where he assembled and led the dealership’s nationally recognized Internet sales division. In the role, Matt transformed a fledgling Internet department into a process-driven stand-alone business unit generating in excess of $38 million annual sales revenue. To do so, Matt pioneered the strategy of leveraging consumer reviews for competitive advantage.
In 2008, Matt was recruited to become employee #1 at DealerRater where he served as the company’s Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning. In this position, Matt was charged with growing the business through both sales and business development efforts. Matt succeeded by bringing aboard thousands of dealerships and dealer groups, the largest being AutoNation. Matt also formed synergistic partnerships with several companies, most notably ADP.
More recently, Matt served as Vice President of Business Development for CarStory, a provider of big data solutions for many of the Global 1000’s largest automotive businesses. While there, Matt was responsible for the first 2600 of 3000 car dealerships to adopt CarStory products. In addition, Matt led all product training during the company’s first OEM launch.
VP of Client Services
Jason is a passionate, results-driven automotive marketing professional. His automotive journey began by selling cars in college. Post-college Jason began an exciting and very rewarding 8-year career with American Honda Motors which included a District Sales Manager of the Year award. Jason transitioned from the factory world to retail and spent time running the New Car Department for a franchise dealership. Jason was then recruited into a role in automotive marketing where he worked directly with many of the top dealer groups in the country.
Jason is currently the VP of Client Services for Octane Marketing and is focused on parlaying his years or automotive experience into exceptional client results.

Mike Clemen brings over 20-years of Retail, OEM and Agency experience to the leadership team at Octane Marketing. Mike’s love for the car business started early in life while working at a Chevy Dealership. After graduating from Arizona State University with honors, Mike began his career at Toyota Motor Sales where he found his passion for automotive advertising during his time launching both the Scion and Tundra brands in the Cincinnati Region. After 12 years with Toyota, Mike joined an award-winning automotive ad agency as Regional Vice President. After several successful years on the Agency side of the business, Mike was recruited to be the Assistant Zone Manager for American Honda Motors in Southern California, before joining Octane Marketing in May 2016.
